HOTEL & LEISURE

Hopton Hall

Set between Carsington and Hopton, this 14th-century manor house previously relied on a pop-up café during busy periods and had no permanent facility. In 2025, its large disused brick garage with three up-and-over doors was transformed into a new café. Working in collaboration with designer Rachel McLane and contractor HA Briddon of Tansley, Matlock, T & C Joinery delivered the full interior fit out, including banquette seating, wall panelling, café counters and display units.
